The evolution of our proposal

Vinology Zurbano is located in the Chamberí district, our commitment to combine wine culture with outstanding gastronomy thanks to the incorporation of renowned chef Javier Goya as our gastronomic advisor. His focus on seasonal products and homemade flavors is expressed in a menu designed to complement our international wine selection.

The space combines a cozy, industrial design with a bar open all day, ideal for an aperitif or have lunch or dinner at our tables or in the lounge on the second floor, creating a special and memorable environment for a variety of occasions.

At Vinology Zurbano we maintain our essence as ambassadors of wine culture, meanwhile offering an exceptional and complete experience for any wine and fine dining expert.
