Return and Refund Policy

The booking of courses and tastings on the website, in which a specific date of execution is foreseen, therefore, under the provisions of art. 103 l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, in no case shall the consumer be entitled to a right of withdrawal or refund.

For these courses/tastings, this item is non-returnable. Changes of date can be made up to 72 working hours before the event, with just cause, and we will try to relocate you to another course or tasting of the same or similar characteristics.

For the gift experiences option, no returns or refunds are allowed, and it is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
