Wine and gastronomy proposal<\/span><\/h2>\n

Our proposal focuses on a careful combination of seasonal courses together with a select offer of more than 300 wines by the bottle and 50 by the glass, highlighting the most relevant producers in Spain, without forgetting other countries such as France and Argentina. <\/p>\n

We present an honest cuisine, rich in content and intention, which follows a seasonal journey through fresh products and traditional elaborations, all reinterpreted in Vinology\u2019s unique style.\n<\/p>\n

Our menu includes options for both, the dining room and the bar, with plates carefully designed to accompany and elevate our wine selection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
